Welcome

Your healing session is a time to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself.

Sessions may include:
• Energy Healing
• Aromatic Touch
• Shamanic Illumination
• Gentle touch and energy balancing
• Essential oils and guided intention

You will remain fully clothed and comfortably supported throughout the session.

Understanding Energy Release

Stress, emotions, life experiences, and unresolved patterns can sometimes create “heavy” or stagnant energy within the body and energy field.

This is not bad or wrong.

Healing sessions help gently clear and rebalance these patterns so your system can return to greater peace, clarity, vitality, and flow.

• What feels heavy or out of balance right now?
• What would you like to release?
• How would you like to feel after your session?

You do not need to “figure it all out.” Simply arrive with openness and willingness.

During Your Session

Allow yourself to relax and receive.

You may notice:
• Warmth or tingling
• Deep relaxation
• Emotional release
• Memories or imagery
• A sense of calm, spaciousness, or lightness

Every experience is unique. Your body and energy field naturally guide the process.

After Your Session

To support integration and healing:

• Drink extra water
• Rest and move gently
• Spend time in nature if possible
• Journal any thoughts or insights
• Avoid overstimulation when possible
• Practice gentle self-care

Healing often continues unfolding after the session.

Daily Intention Practice

You may receive a personalized “I Am” statement or healing intention during your session.

These statements help reinforce the new patterns and healing energies your system is integrating.

Practice:
• Repeat your intention daily for 1–2 minutes
• Breathe slowly while repeating the words
• Allow yourself to feel the truth of the statement

Examples:
“I am peaceful and grounded.”
“I trust the flow of life.”
“I am safe, supported, and healing.”

Aromatic Support

Essential oils may help support emotional balance and integration:

• Lavender — calming and soothing
• Sweet Orange — uplifting and supportive
• Frankincense — grounding and centering
• Rose — nurturing and heart-opening
