Developed by Janice Gagnon-Warr, RN, HN-BC, HTCP, Aromatic-Touch Therapy℠ blends holistic nursing, clinical aromatherapy, energy medicine, relaxation therapies, sound healing, and body-based approaches that support the body’s natural healing response.
With over 40 years of experience as a psychiatric and holistic nurse and decades of experience in energy-based healing practices, Janice uses a variety of therapeutic modalities to support the release of accumulated stress and restore balance within the body, mind, and energetic system.
Sessions are individualized and may incorporate:
• Clinical aromatherapy using safe topical or inhalation applications of medicinal-grade essential oils • Guided relaxation, visualization, mindfulness, and breathwork • Progressive muscle relaxation and nervous system regulation techniques • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) / meridian tapping • Polarity Therapy and energy-based balancing approaches • Reflexology, acupressure, and gentle body-based interventions • Sound healing with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drumming, rattling, and therapeutic sound • Meditation, grounding, and energetic clearing practices
